Q1. I have my own design tech pack, which format you need?
A: AI/PDF/Power point/Excel, welcome send us any file you have.
Q2. I have no design now, but I have my favorite style, can I ask for customization?
A: Not a problem and welcome:) Please send us clear reference pictures of front and back,
and tell us your detailed requirements.
Q3. Sample cost, lead time and payment?
A: One sample cost 45usd, if using carvico fabric, 50usd.
Takes about 2 weeks, accept Paypal or trade assurance on Alibaba.
Q4. Production cost, lead time and payment?
A: Unit price depends on quantity and style, fabric also matters.
Lead time about 35-40 days. If need buy carvico fabric, would take longer.
TT/western union/trade assurance on Alibaba are ok
(50% deposit before production, 50% balance before shipping)
Q5. What is your MOQ?
A: Common fabric 50 pcs/sets per color per style.
Some fabric need to use up fabric roll, quantity varies.
Q6. What shipping method do you use?
A: Mostly official DHL, we are VIP user, it's fast and safe.
If you would like to ship by UPS, Fedex, Sea etc, we are happy to assist.
